Memory Tree Program

The Clear Lake Parks & Recreation Department has established a Memory Tree Program designed to beautify the City's parks, as well as to honor loved ones of Clear Lake residents. The program allows citizens a chance to plant a tree at one of Clear Lake's parks in memory of a loved one, in celebration of the birth of a child, or to commemorate a wedding, an anniversary, or other special occasion.

The staff of the Parks & Recreation Department will work with donors to choose an appropriate species of tree, as well as to determine an appropriate location in one of Clear Lake's many parks. Various options for donor recognition signage are available.

Anyone interested in learning more about this program is asked to contact the Parks & Recreation office at (641) 357-7010.
